About Me

I am a BABCP registered Senior Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and have been delivering CBT in the NHS for 7 years. Prior to this I worked within inpatient mental health, delivering care and therapeutic input to those with moderate to severe mental health disorders. I am currently the Perinatal Lead in a London based NHS service, where I specialise in delivering therapeutic interventions and managing community perinatal mental health.

Across my 13 years of experience in mental health I have enjoyed working with a wide variety of people.  This has given me experience working with patients with a range of backgrounds, and with many different presenting mental health problems.

In my private practice I offer the same expertise and level of care to support individuals in a way suited to them.

In perinatal mental health I enable expecting, new and existing parents to overcome the challenges that accompany parenthood. I have specialised training in the Solihull Approach to parenting which aims to support the emotional health and wellbeing for all children, their parents and main care givers.

I am passionate about the work that I do and I take pride in being able to deliver personable, compassionate and effective therapy.
